The Turn to Tech campaign shows there’s several different routes into a technology role. The Taskforce has launched Turn to Tech, a campaign series that showcases women who’ve successfully pivoted into a digital role, and the male allies who supported them. The aim of the campaign is to challenge stereotypes, demystify digital roles, and prove that digital careers are open to everyone, not just those from technical backgrounds. Whether you’ve moved from teaching, the arts, healthcare, finance or another sector, your journey matters. By telling your story, you can inspire someone who’s wondering: “Could I really make the move into a digital role?” A call to action for women interested in career changing to a digital role Curious about what a digital career could actually look like? The women featured in our Turn to Tech campaign once stood where you are now, wondering if a move into tech was really possible. Their stories are proof that it is.
