Home to the London Stock Exchange, one of the world's most international exchanges, half of whose equities investors are based overseas, London is also the western centre for Islamic finance, including sukuk and Shariah-compliant exchange traded funds. The first western offshore centre for renminbi, it leads on renminbi clearing, offshore RMB forex transactions and RMB payments. It is the largest centre for offshore rupee denominated Masala bonds.
